It's shows Diane Fitzgerald' instructions for the diamond shape, you can find them in her book, Beading with Brick Stitch.
I guess I kept the thread too taut, since it's impossible to put that work flat. The uneven sizes of the beads didn't help either. I tried to choose the less different ones for every row, it's quite tiresome. I wonder if it would be easier with great brands of beads. I heard the Japanes ones are more regular. Dunno, never had any.
All in all, I like the technique, and the result has a "reptilian scale" look that's not too bad in my opinion.
